Modern
We hold classes in ISTD Modern for children starting from age 3 (Tiny Tots Tap & Modern).
Modern is a great fun way to introduce children to a more relaxed style of dance. Children are encouraged to inject a certain amount of their own style and personality into Modern dance but still with the discipline of a structured syllabus. We recommend anyone taking classes in Modern to also take Ballet lessons as Ballet forms the basis for all types of dance.
We hold lessons in Tiny Tots Tap & Modern, Primary, Grades 1 - 6, and Intermediate.
Jazz
ISTD Bronze, Silver and Gold medal awards for Jazz is something we also include in our timetable. The syllabus required to take these awards is not as extensive as the Modern exam syllabus which is why we work on both alongside each other in the same lessons slots. (Grades 3, 4, 5 & 6 Modern/Jazz).
